Service Solutions Group provides service and parts for commercial food equipment and HVAC systems. Our customers include hotels, schools, hospitals, company cafeterias and, of course, restaurants of all types. Familiar organizations include: McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Cracker Barrel, Hilton Hotels, the Mayo Clinic, Intel and Toyota are a few examples of the thousands of customers that have come to rely on our services.

To support these customers, we maintain a high level of expertise in the repair and maintenance of electric, gas, electronic, steam and refrigeration equipment. As the complexity of this equipment evolves, maintaining our high level of proficiency becomes an on-going challenge. This challenge is one that Service Solutions Group is uniquely capable of meeting through our industry-leading technical training and education programs.

Service Solutions Group was created in 2004 through the merger of Authorized Commercial Service in AZ, Barker’s Food Machinery Service in CA and Certified Service Center in OH and KY. All three platform companies had a long history of serving their local markets, the youngest company having done so for 27 years. Each was nationally recognized for excellence as well.

The principals of the platform companies are leaders in the industry, serving on advisory boards and industry boards of directors. Each remains fully engaged in the operation of Service Solutions Group, and all are dedicated to making it the premier service agency in the country – not just one or two states.

It took some time to actually merge the three companies, but we have successfully completed that mission. Just last year, we opened our first new branch operation in Des Moines, IA, and now we are carefully working on our next expansion market.
